In MCCSC schools, we strongly believe that all concerns regarding your child are best addressed through open communication directly with your child and your child’s school. This guide outlines who to contact after first addressing any concerns directly with your child’s school or involved staff member. If you have not reached a resolution, the guide below outlines who should be contacted next, when and if further discussion is warranted. If the concern involves the ethical behavior of a staff member or an individual's safety is compromised, the concern can be initially directed to the employee's immediate supervisor, outlined in the guide below.
