Students that have volunteered in the community a minimum of 50 hours from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022 may complete a volunteer hours log form by clicking on this title. Extra forms are also available in the office. You do not need to be a member of Y.E.S. Club for this award. Completed forms should be turned in to the office by May 1.
It’s that snowy, icy time of year! Click on the title of this article for the Regular and 2-Hour Delay Schedules. When the weather is inclement, please remember to CHECK the TV and RADIO stations for a 2-hour delay, school closure, or e-learning day. We are Monroe County Community Schools; we are not Monroe-Gregg. Parents should receive a CALL or TEXT in the event of weather issues. Please update your phone numbers and email address on Skyward Family Access. You can also check the MCCSC website. On a delayed schedule, BUSES will run approximately 2 hours later than normal. Questions about buses should be directed to MCCSC Transportation at 812-330-7719.
Annual registration for all returning MCCSC students must be completed ASAP for the 2021-2022 academic year. Parents should login to their Skyward Family Access account and complete the information required under the Online Registration tab. Please contact our office with any questions or to request a paper packet to complete.
The Tri-North PTO exists to improve and enrich the education and educational environment for the students attending Tri-North Middle School. We do that by supporting the students and staff in many ways, including academic grants to teachers and staff, financial support for athletics, school supplies for students in need, and social events and dances for students. In order to fulfill this mission, we need your help! If you are able to give, we suggest a DONATION of $15. Your student may drop off a check at the main office (made out to Tri-North PTO) or donate through Venmo (@Tri-North-PTO). This year all students may eat breakfast and lunch for free. This includes the regular tray meal. Students will need to have money in their lunch account to purchase second servings or specialty items like cookies, chips etc. To put money in their account you may send cash or check payable to MCCSC Food Service (include your student’s name and/or lunch number on the memo line). Our cafeteria staff prefer to take payments at breakfast time when the line is shorter. You may also set up a My Payments Plus account through the MCCSC website. You will need to get your student’s lunch number from them to set up the online account.
