2023 Summer Food Service Program
MCCSC & Community Kitchen will collaborate to ensure free healthy meals for children while school is out for the summer. Beginning Monday, May 22, 2023 through Tuesday, August 1, 2023, MCCSC and the Community Kitchen will provide meals to youth 18 and under at 13 locations.
Community Kitchen:
May 22, 2023 through August 1, 2023
Community Kitchen will distribute free lunch to kids (18 & under) at the following locations and times:
Route 1 (Monday – Friday)
Dorothy Apartments - 10:30am-10:45am (Near Office)
Southcrest Estates - 10:55am – 11:10am (Near Mailboxes)
Henderson Court Apartments -11:20am – 11:35am (Playground)
Walnut Woods - 11:40am - 11:55am (Across from Playground)
Trailview - 12:10pm - 12:25pm (Near Circle)
The Reserve at Chandler’s Glen - 12:35pm-12:50pm (Picnic Shelter)
Arlington Valley Mobile Home Park - 12:55pm - 1:10pm (Behind Office)
Route 2 (Monday – Friday)
Crestmont Community (Illinois Court) - 10:30am - 11:00am (Playground)
Highland Park Elementary - 11:15am -11:45am (Playground)
Limestone Crossing - 12:00pm -12:30pm (Playground)
Country View Apartments - 12:45pm - 1:15pm (Playground)
MCCSC locations:
MCCSC will serve free breakfast & lunch to kids (18 & under) at the following locations:
Templeton Elementary Cafeteria (Monday – Thursday)

Breakfast: 9:15am – 9:45am
Lunch: 12:10pm – 12:45pm
Fairview Elementary Cafeteria (Monday – Thursday)

June 5, 2023 through June 29, 2023
(closed Monday 6/19)
Breakfast: 9:15am – 9:45am
Lunch: 1:45pm – 2:15pm
*Per state regulations, meals will need to be consumed on site this year*
