Free High School Equivalency Tests, July 1-December 30, 2020

MCCSC Adult Education and its subcontractors (Brown County Career Resource Center, Owen County Public Library, and Turning Point Education Centers) have been allocated $14,250 from the Indiana Department of Workforce Development as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.  This allocation will be used to fund the INDIANA HSE Test Fees Remittance Program, to reimburse us for adult education students’ high school equivalency test fees (up to the state maximum of $95 per test administration) for those who test between July 1, 2020 and December 30, 2020.

To qualify for the INDIANA HSE Test Fees Remittance Program, a candidate must meet two criteria:

  1. Currently enrolled (12 or more hours) in an adult education program; and
  2. Successful scores on the TASC Readiness practice exam (as defined by the adult education program).

To register as a student in MCCSC Adult Education and take advantage of the HSE Test Fee Remittance, candidates may fill out the Learner Registration Form on the website.
