Device Return and Item Pick Up


Here is the schedule for Device Return and Item Pick Up:

TUESDAY, MAY 19th 8:30-11:30 AM- Anyone with the last names starting with the letters A-G

12:30-3:30 PM- Anyone with the last names starting with the letters H-M

WEDNESDAY, MAY 20th 8:30-11:30 AM- Anyone with the last names starting with the letters N-S

12:30-3:30 PM- Anyone with the last names starting with the letters T-Z

We understand that some families might be picking up for multiple families or have multiple last names, so pick one last name and come at that time. We are asking that you try to come during your designated time to help the process move smoothly, but if you are unable to come at your assigned time, please email me to make other arrangements.

Device Pre-cleaning by your family is recommended. Please follow the guidelines posted here: https://www.mccsc.edu/Page/4901.

Procedures for Device Return and Item Pick Up:

1. Stay in your cars. 2. Follow our car rider procedures for the drive-thru pick up.

3. There will be three stopping points in the drive-thru.

Stop 1: Device Return/Check In

-If possible, please place your device in your vehicle's trunk, so that we can limit social interaction as much as possible. Pop your trunk when you arrive at Stop 1.

-Post using either your school-issued orange card or on a piece of paper, the names of the students' items that you are picking up.

Stop 2: Item Return Bins will be provided on the driver's side for the return of library books and learning packets. Place items in the correct bins.

Stop 3: Personal Item Pick Up

-If possible, please pop your trunk, so personal items can be placed in your trunk. If you are unable to pop your trunk without exiting your car, school personnel will place your personal items in the backseat of your car.
