About Us

Rogers Elementary, located on the same campus as Binford Elementary, is the MCCSC’s only kindergarten through second grade primary school and has an enrollment of approximately 370 students. Because we serve our youngest learners, we believe in teaching the whole child through hands-on, child-centered learning experiences. Our dedicated and highly trained staff work with students in small groups to provide targeted, differentiated instruction allowing us to meet the specific needs of each child. Students benefit from the utilization of developmentally appropriate materials, practices, and strategies. Our goal is to ensure that students have a solid academic foundation while embracing their social and emotional well-being. Children learn best in a safe, caring environment that values diversity, collaboration, and risk-taking.
