Hoosier Hills Career Center

Monroe County Community School Corporation

Engage. Empower. Educate.

  • Welcome to Hoosier Hills Career Center!

At Hoosier Hills Career Center, we offer courses in 19 career pathways as part of our students' high school curricula. Our courses range from Agriculture, Auto Service and Collision, to Fire Science, Health Science and Pre-Engineering, all of which are listed by the Indiana Department of Education as part of its Career Pathway Initiative. Program content is updated regularly through the use of local advisory committees, whose membership includes dedicated professionals from the region working in the various occupational fields. These partnerships ensure that our programs are reflective of employment needs in the communities we serve.

Hoosier Hills Career Center is designed to meet a variety of future plans as we follow the mission of preparing students for college, careers, and beyond. Our students may certainly choose to enter the workforce directly as a result of their training. We also have a growing number of our graduates attend two and four year universities, taking with them multiple dual credits earned completely free while attending the career center. We care about the future of our students and continue to strive to bring the best opportunities to them each and every day.
