As in past years, work will be online using the PLATO program.  All work may be completed at home, but pre- and post-tests must be completed at Bloomington High School North or South.  Support will be available during six 2 hour sessions daily (starting at 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm).  Students are encouraged to attend the sessions offered at both schools for additional individualized support.

The focus of summer school is for students to recover credits that are needed for graduation.  If your student is unsure of what credits they need to take, please contact their high school counselor who will review their transcript with them.  Students may select up to two (2) classes.

Again, please remember students are allowed to select up to two (2) classes and should contact their counselor with class selection questions.  Contact Barb Stork (bstork@mccsc.edu) with general summer school questions.

Virtual Summer Camp (Students Currently in Kindergarten through 8th Grades)

    Summer Virtual K-8

Keep your student learning this summer!

Virtual Summer Camp is an easy way for your child to stay sharp this summer from the comfort of your own home. This program is available to students currently in K-8th grades. Students will use the Edmentum Products: Exact Path, MathSeeds, and/or Reading Eggs to complete reading and math activities. Students can work at their level and pace to fill gaps and enrich their learning. In addition, students can also work on grade level assignments to reinforce skills they have mastered throughout the year and prevent the summer skill slide. Your child can log on at any point throughout the week to complete these assignments or work on their personalized learning path in reading and/or math.

You can register by clicking here.  If you have any questions, contact Marti Colglazier at mcolglaz@mccsc.edu
