    New Hope for Families helps families impacted by homelessness gain and maintain stable housing and provides accredited early childhood development services aimed at breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

    Transitional housing and supportive services for young people aged 16-20 who are experiencing homelessness. We provide a supportive community where young people experiencing homelessness can develop skills to live independently. We welcome youth regardless of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, national origin, creed, religion or disability.  

    For Men & Women Only: A Friend's Place Shelter,(812)332-1444

    A Friend’s Place is the only nonreligious, emergency shelter for adults (18 and over) in our region. A Friend’s Place provides 40 safe and sober beds, 28 for men and 12 for women.
