    We appreciate your interest in enrolling in Monroe County Community School Corporation. We offer educational opportunities for children as young as six weeks old through adults.
     
     
    Early Learning Programs
    For children from the age of 6 weeks through 5 years old at two licensed centers
     
    Preschool Programs
    For 3 and 4-year-old children at 12 elementary schools
     
    Extended Day Programs
    Before and after-school programs for PK-6 at 14 elementary schools

    Online registration forms for new and current students
     
    • Enrollment for students is completed online through Skyward.
    • If you have a question about enrollment at a specific school, please call the school directly.
    • Please get in touch with help@mccsc.edu if you have any questions during the online registration process.

    Access Online Forms
    If you enroll a new student, click the New Student button and log in using the account information.
    If you register as a current student, log in using your Skyward Family Access account information.
    Step 3
    Complete the Registration
    Complete the registration process by submitting any missing documents to your child's school.

    • Original or certified copy of the birth certificate [may also use the passport to verify date of birth]

    • Two items to verify the home address
    • Verification of custody, if applicable
    • If a high school student, a copy of the transcript from the previous school

    Out of District Student Enrollment

    On July 9, 2013, the MCCSC Board of School Trustees approved the following for Out of District Student Enrollment.
    As per IC 20-26-11-32(c), please find the following regarding the enrollment of out-of-district students:
    • It may be accepted through the Indiana February official count day.
    • Must not exceed annually established class size ratios.
     
     
     
    Which School Can Students Enroll?
    Students may attend the school within the attendance area of where they live.
     
    • Kindergarten: Children five years old on or before August 1 are eligible to enroll in kindergarten.
    • First Grade: Children who have completed a kindergarten program or reached six years old on or before August 1 may enroll in first grade.
    • Grades 2-12: Determined by previous school experiences as school records verify. Home school students are typically assigned to an age-appropriate grade.
