    Children's Bureau

The Childcare Development Fund (CCDF) is a State subsidized childcare voucher program operated through Children's Bureau, Inc. For more information and to see if you qualify, please call 317-634-5050. CCDF vouchers are accepted at all of our Extended Day sites as well as MCCSC preschools.

Click here to visit the CCDF website.
For questions or interest in the CCDF Voucher Program, please contact our office.

Through the support of Federal, State, and private grants and donations, MCCSC School Age Care is able to offer some families free afterschool programming at our Title I Elementary schools. To qualify, a family must be eligible for and have received designation through the Free and Reduced Lunch Program for the current school year. Parents will still need to enroll and pay the $35 enrollment fee to participate in the program. Please bring proof of F/R Lunch status when registering. This program is only applicable to the afterschool program (not before school) at the following sites: Arlington Heights, Clear Creek, Grandview, Highland Park, Summit, and Templeton. Fairview Elementary offers free programming at the Bloomington Parks and Recreation's Banneker Community Center.

Since this program is subsidized and made possible entirely by outside grant funding, availability is subject to change in the event of non-renewal of funding.

The Office of Early Learning and Out of School Programs is never able to eliminate or "write-off" any debt for any of our programs. However, if you are in need of additional time to pay your bill, it is your responsibility to contact our office to set up a payment arrangement. A payment arrangement will not reduce the amount you owe, but it may allow your child to remain in the program if you have a past due balance.
