Mrs. Phipps is a Title 1 teacher at Summit Elemenary. 

Mrs. Phipps joined Summit in 2014 as a Title I teacher. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a Masters in Literacy, Language and Culture Education with an endorsement in Reading Interventions.
Before arriving at Summit she taught students with dyslexia in a private school and English as a second language in India. In the summertime she enjoys
exploring science with WonderLab camps.
