  • National Geographic Geography Bee January 18

    Students that have qualified as finalists will compete for the title on January 22 during Period 6 & 7 in the Auditorium. The Bee will begin approximately 1:30 pm.

  • 6th & 7th Graders Transition to the Next Grade Level

    Tri-North invites parents of current 6th & 7th graders to attend our Parent Scheduling Info Night on Wednesday, January 24, from 6- 7 pm in the Auditorium. Guidance Counselors will be available to answer questions about 2018-2019 schedules. Current 6th graders met with Mr. Fisher, our Principal, and received their course selection/info packets at their elementary schools on Jan. 17-19. 6th graders should turn in their forms at their school by Jan. 26. Also, there is a MCCSC-wide Middle School High Ability Parent Info meeting on Jan. 25 from 6:30-7:30 pm at Batchelor. Current 7th graders received their course selection forms on January 23. Extras are available in the office. 7th graders forms are due in our office by Jan. 26. If your student will attend Tri-North next year, and does not currently attend an MCCSC school, please contact our office for enrollment information.

  • 8th Graders Transition to High School

    BHSN Counselors will meet with current 8th graders on Jan. 23 and return Jan. 25 to pick up high school selection forms. BHSN's 8th Grade Night, for students and their parents/guardians, is Tuesday, Jan. 23 from 6-7:30 pm at BHSN. The Academy of Science and Entrepreneurship will speak to 8th graders about their application process on Jan. 11. Questions about scheduling at the MCCSC high schools should be directed to their counselors.

  • Hour of Code

    Tri-North students participated in this global initiative in early December. Refer to Hour of Code parent email of December 19 or pick up a flyer in the office for more info and follow-up activities for students and parents.

  • Trojan Season Sports Passes Now Available

    Planning on attending several home athletic events? Season sports passes are a great bargain! Adult passes are $30 and student passes are $15. Both are good for all non-tournament home athletic events this academic year.

  • School & Athletic Team Pictures

    Students that had their school or athletic team pictures taken receive their proofs or photo orders 1-2 weeks later. If you didn't order and would still like to, order online at www.Kirkwoodphoto.com.

  • Food Share Table

    Tri-North has a Food Share Table in the cafeteria during all lunch periods. A Food Share Table does two things: it saves unopened, unpeeled foods from the landfill, and it allows students to share these items with others. For more information go to www.foodrescue.net.

  • Get Involved in the PTO

    Our Parent Teacher Organization meets on the first Thursday of each month at Noon. It's not too late to complete a Volunteer form - pick one up in the office or email trinorthparentteacherorg@gmail.com to connect. Like their Facebook page for updates!

  • Be Ready for Athletics in 2018-2019

    Interested in participating in Athletics? Each year students need a completed sports physical packet on file in the office before the first practice, workout, or open gym. An exam completed April 1, 2018 or after is in effect through the following academic year. Current 7th graders that participated in athletics last school year will need another current physical for their 8th grade year. Sports packets will be available in the office or from the Athletics tab above after Spring Break 2018. Please use our forms; doctors do not have all the necessary forms. Sports offered are Cheer, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Football in the Fall; Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Wrestling, and Swimming/Diving in the Winter; and Track & Field in the Spring.
