  • Cheer Team 2019-2020 Tryouts

    Current 6th & 7th grade students interested in Cheer Team are invited to attend a Clinic on Thursday & Friday, April 18 & 19 from 5:30-7:30 pm. Tryouts will be Saturday, April 20, from 9-11 am. A parent/guardian must check in the student at the clinic. Athletes should be dressed for physical activity, with long hair tied back, and enter at the Gym entrance. A completed Sports Physical Packet must be turned in before ANY participation. Also bring the completed Cheer Info Packet. Forms are available on this website under the Athletics tab or in our office. Contact the Cheer Coaches with questions at trinorthcheer@yahoo.com.

  • Sports Pre-Participation Exam Night

    Tri-North and Batchelor are sponsoring our first annual $20 Sports Pre-Participation Exam Night for current 6th and 7th graders on Monday, April 29, from 6-8 pm at the Tri-North gym. Parents/guardians must call Tri-North by April 26 to schedule an appointment. There are a limited number of slots available. Students should arrive with a parent/guardian, cash or check payable to Tri-North, and the Sports Physical Packet completed (except the doctor’s page). The Packet is available under the Athletics tab on our website or in the office. This is a great opportunity for athletes to get their physical as required before summer practices begin.

  • ILEARN Testing Dates are April 23 - 24 and April 30 - May 2

    Attendance during ILEARN testing dates is very important. Students will be testing in the mornings. Please refrain from scheduling routine doctor or dentist appointments during this time.

  • Volunteer Service Award

    Students that have volunteered in the community a minimum of 50 hours from April 1, 2018 to April 30, 2019 may pick up an hours log form in the office. You do not need to be a member of Y.E.S. Club for this award. Completed forms are due in the office on May 1.

  • Get Involved in the PTO

    Our Parent Teacher Organization invites all current 6th and 7th grade parents to the next PTO meeting on Thursday, May 2, at Noon. For details email trinorthparentteacherorg@gmail.com. Like their Facebook page for updates!

  • Safe Sitter Course May 14, 15, & 16

    Tri-North students will be prepared to be safe when watching younger siblings, babysitting, or while home alone. IU Health will teach safety, first aid, child care, and business skills. The class is fun, FREE and snacks are provided. Class meets from 3 - 5 pm and you must attend all 3 days. Register with Ms. Hawkins to reserve your spot.

  • Football 2019 Info

    Summer Football practices will be on Mondays June 3 through July 22. Fall practices will be weekdays beginning July 29. Due to construction, times and locations TBA. Contact Coach Freel at mjfreel@indiana.edu to receive parent emails with details. A completed Sports Physical Packet is required before participation. See below for details.

  • School & Athletic Team Pictures

    Students that had their school or athletic team pictures taken receive their proofs or photo orders 1-2 weeks later. If you didn't order and would still like to, order online at www.Kirkwoodphoto.com.

  • Be Ready for Athletics in 2019-2020

    Interested in participating in Athletics? Each year students need a completed Sports Physical Packet on file in the office before the first practice, workout, or open gym. An exam completed April 1, 2019 or after is in effect through the following academic year. Current 7th graders that participated in athletics last school year will need another current Packet for the 2019-2020 year. Sports packets are available from the Athletics tab above and in the office. Please use our forms; doctors do not have all the necessary forms. Sports offered are Cheer, Volleyball, Cross Country, and Football in the Fall; Boys Basketball, Girls Basketball, Wrestling, and Swimming/Diving in the Winter; and Track & Field in the Spring.
