Do lessons and talk with a teacher at your convenience

MCCSC Adult Education offers a program to enable Bloomington’s ESL students to learn English in the comfort of their own homes, at their convenience. With English-To-Go, the new distance learning, independent study ESL program, students can check out entertaining videos or DVDs like library materials that they can watch and study at home. When they return the videos, they have the opportunity to ask questions and practice speaking English with an experienced ESL teacher, then check out more videos. This is a very flexible way to learn English for those who perhaps cannot commit to certain class times, or who cannot get to the classroom every day.

English-To-Go Class/Consultation may be held:

Wednesdays, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
At IU's Campus View Apartments, Room 120

(NOTE: The time could change, depending on scheduling and funding.)

Students can spend as much time with the teacher as they need -- perhaps the whole two hours, perhaps no more than 15-20 minutes. For more information, or to sign up, contact the teacher, Julie Williams, at juwillia@mccsc.edu
