In Mrs. Jones’s class they have a system similar to Bloomington Bucks, called B.G.’s which stands for Big Greenies. Also Mrs. Jones’s class is reading the book The Cay and we have Theodore Taylor’s webpage right here above this paragraph. Other books she likes to read are … Dear Mr. Henshaw, Strider, and more. She likes to use a lot of children's literature. Also, Mrs. Jones teaches writing to the fifth graders. She really loves it too! The day starts with connections and ends with reflections. What are connections and reflections you ask? Well, connections is where the whole class shares thoughts with everybody in a fair and equitable manner. Reflection time is when you share something positive about the day. |
