Bloomington South baseball's first annual Super Hero scrimmage will be
held on Monday, Halloween, at Winslow Park starting at 4:00. The
players will scrimmage for about an hour and will hand out candy to
youngsters who come by dressed in their Halloween costumes. Candy will
be handed out around 5:00. Also, starting on Tuesday, November 1, weights and conditioning will begin in the South weightroom. We will workout Tuedays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Times are in the calendar below, and a calendar will be handed out to the players on Monday at the scrimmage.
10/28/2011 NOLAN ROGERS COMMITS TO DUKE Junior outfielder/pitcher Nolan Rogers has made his choice for his college career. Nolan gave his verbal committment to go to school at Duke University of the Atlantic Coast Conference. He chose the Blue Devils over Vanderbilt, Arizona, Ohio State, and Kentucky. Nolan has been a starter for the Panthers since his freshman year. He was All-Conference Indiana and All-State as a sophomore.
