Using FrontPage Express.

Using WsFTP

From the Start Menu > Internet Applications > WsFTP open the program

Click on Open. Choose Monon. Type your email username and password in the appropriate boxes. You may be prompted to repeat your password.

A box will open with two columns. The left column is your computer, the right column is your space on Monon.

Change your directory (left side) to where you keep your files. It is recommended that you have saved them to a special folder in your locker.

Change the directory on Monon (right side) to the folder labeled “www”.

Once you have made these changes, you are ready to transfer files. The easiest way to do this is to click on the first file in the left hand column. Hold down the shift key and click on the last file in your directory. (NOTE: You may have to move the sliding bar down if you have several files!) If you have done this correctly, all the files on the left side will be shaded.

Next, click on the arrow in the middle which points to the right > This will begin the process of copying all your files to the Monon server.

That’s it! Now, exit the program. Open a browser and go to http://www.mccsc.edu/~yourname/ your page should appear
