Welcome to the Monroe County Community School Corporation Human Resources and Personnel Department. The Monroe County Community School Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, creed or ancestry, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, disability or veteran's status in any employment or educational opportunity.

As the 14th largest school district in the state, nearly 11,000 students pass through our doors every day. It takes approximately 1,500 employees to serve those students successfully on a daily basis. The MCCSC Human Resources is the one department that has the unique privilege of touching the lives of each employee.

Our goal is to serve our employees as they transition through the various stages of their professional careers with the MCCSC. We serve employees from pre-entry into our system through separation from our corporation, and all stages in between. We see their best accomplishments, such as the birth of a new baby or the addition of a new degree. We also support them at their weakest moments, such as progressive discipline, need for counseling, need for a leave of absence, or treatment for medical issues and beyond

Quite literally and proudly, people are our business. We do not teach in a classroom, prepare school lunches, clean our hallways, mow the lawns, or lead buildings and educational departments. However, our mission is to support the lives of those who do. Feel free to contact our office. Let us know how we can support you!
