HUGO LARSON SERVICES SET FOR MONDAY

Services for Hugo H. Larson, 71, retired reporter for the financial department
of Chicago's American and its predecessor newspapers, will be held at 1 p.m.
Monday in the chapel at 4332 Elston av. Mr. Larson worked for many years as a
reporter for the Wall Street Journal and the Chicago Evening Post. His
newspaper career spanned 44 years until his retirement from the American in
1964. He was found dead Thursday, apparently from a heart attack, in his home,
5001 N. Kostner av.
Surviving are his widow, Elsie; and a sister, Mrs. Ella Teeling of Crystal
Lake.
