The LIS Contract
Click on the link above for a printable version of the LIS Contract.
To enroll in the LIS class, a signed copy of the LIS Contract must be on file with Ms.Loser(the librarian).
Standard procedure for enrolling in the LIS class is:

The student talks with their counselor about what period would work best, checking the student's schedule against the availability of class space.
The student talks with Ms.Loser who explains the reponsibilities and criteria of the LIS class, conducts an interview with the student, and may sign off on the contract making it an official enrollment.
