Will Hobbs was born On August 22, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

His parents are Greg and Mary Hobbs.

He went to Stanford University form 1965 to 1969.

He married Jean Loftus on December 20, 1972.

Writing Information

Will Hobbs started writing in 1990.

He writes mostly adventure books like Changes in Latitudes, Bearstone, Down River, The Big Wonder. He also contributed to Writers in the Classroom.

He has won many awards. Some are Notable Book Award, Best Book for Young Adults, Teachers Choice Award, and Regional Book Award.

Critical Comments

I haven’t read any of his books yet, but I’m planning to because they sound very exciting and descriptive. Also, I have heard that he is an inspirational writer as well.
