Revolutionary Women
Many women had to house “Red-Coats.” Some had to teach the children of America, and others grabbed guns and fought along side their husbands.
The women at home had to collect food for those in the war, and to rally support among the people. Motherhood and marriage were their main goals.
Women made huge progress in the arts and politics while there husbands were away at war.
