Eldrick "Tiger" Woods

Tiger Woods has struggled with many of the hardships that Martin Luther King, Jr. endured. Just like Martin Luther King, Tiger Woods has used this struggles to become a very good role-model for children to follow. He has had to deal with a lot of discrimination while he has played golf.

It all started off on his first day of kindergarten, when a group of boys tied Tiger to a tree, threw rocks at him, and shouted racial slurs. Tiger also got kicked out of a lot of golf courses for no reasons at all.

He did not let segregation get to him that much. He just used it to his advantage and became a better golfer.
