Shel Silverstein's Career Highlights

Shel Silverstein's first book was called Uncle Shelby's ABZ Book. Silverstein's next book was Lafcadio, the Lion Who Shot Back which he published in 1963. The Giving Tree which was published in 1964 was a popular children book.
Some of his most famous books were Where the Sidewalk Ends published in 1974, A light in the Attic published in 1981, and Falling Up published in 1996.
The Missing Piece, published in 1976 and The Missing Piece Meets the Big O, published in 1981 were two more of his books.
