Mission:
To promote reading, information literacy, and collaboration with teachers in design and development of instructional strategies which lead to student achievement.
The role of the library media center is to provide intellectual and physical access to information for the students and faculty of Jackson Creek Middle School.
Emphasis is placed on resources and activities that contribute to lifelong learning, through leadership, instruction and providing assistance in the use of instructional and information technology. The media center functions as the information center of the school by ensuring that all students and faculty are effective users of ideas and information.
