Pizza Days: Oct. 17, Nov. 14, Dec. 19, Jan. 30, Feb. 27, March 26, and April 16.

Last Book Club Meeting is May 7, 2008

Eighth Grade Book Club List

• 8th Grade Book Club meets on Wednesday during lunch.
• Students discuss their choice reading assignments or favorite authors.
• Every third week during Pizza week, students compete against each other in
  answering questions about the books that have been discussed.

Seventh Grade Book Club List

• 7th Grade Book Club meets on Tuesday and Wednesday during lunch.
• Each student reads for the genre listed under the appropriate month.
• Every two week meetings, we each talk about a book we have read.
• During the Pizza week, students from Tuesday and Wednesday groups
  come together.
• On the third week, we play a game to test our knowledge of the books
  we talked about the previous weeks.

November- Realistic Fiction

December- Mystery

January- Fantasy

February- Science Fiction

March- Historical Fiction

April- Survival/Adventure

May- Last Book Club Meeting
