Light Poem

When I am happy,
I am me
Transformed.
When I am lively,
And light of heart,
I laugh.
A loud,
Friendly, appreciative laugh,
That gets me in trouble
For being disruptive,
But is nevertheless
Friendly.
And when I am light-hearted, I
sing.
I sing for my life and my friends,
My hopes and my accomplishments,
My dreams, and sometimes,
Even my
Downfalls.
When I am casual,
I am sunny and optimistic,
Life is amazing,
And there is so much to do, and see,
And celebrate.
And, when I am happy,
I am me
Transformed.
