My Light Side

My light side is joyous and
cheerful,
Like a bright summer day.
I have no worries, and am not fearful,
In the bright green grass I smile as I lay.
I have a wide smile, and I laugh
with glee,
My friends, school, and soccer are great.
My eyes shine like a diamond and I am feeling free,
Things are going first rate.
I have a dog and a family that
is wonderful and caring,
And they always make me grin.
My friends are interesting and daring,
And will always be there for me through thick and thin.
I see the whole world in
perspective,
It's like there is a brand new me.
My positive thinking is very effective,
Things are going fine, as you can see.
