“Focus
on a few things which need improvement and build from
there.”

prepared to work with very little supervision. I’m
teaching while volunteers are here, so I can’t
stop to give many directions.”

like to talk to each volunteer individually. So I
don’t have any general suggestions.”

one day a week regularly and then follow through to
