Martin King
Career
He used perseverance and never gave up.
As a career he worked as a
preacher. In his extra time he would work towards Civil Rights. Many times he
was taken to jail for his non-violent walks.
One day when martin was
signing books a black women asked if he was Martin. After he answered
“Yes” she took out a letter opener and stabbed him. When he was at
the hospital they had to cut out a rib she stabbed so deep. This was one of the
first assassination attempts.
December 1st was the begging of the Bus
Boycott.
He never tried to use
violence.
He was arrested lot’s of times.
Then one year he won the
Noble Peace Prize. He was the youngest to win it.
