1988-1996

 

I taught English Language Arts for eight years, and for two years a portion of my contract allowed me to teach physical education also.

For the first three years, 1988-1991, I was the varsity girls’ basketball coach.  In the spring of 1988, I was the assistant softball coach at BHSS. In the fall of 1988, I was the assistant volleyball coach at Bloomington North High School.

· Taught English Language Arts and Honors Diploma English 1988-1996.

· Taught HD English via the Ameritech Distance Learning video technology 1994-1995.

· Taught freshman girls physical education 1988-1990.

· Provided pool supervision and taught swimming 1989 & 1990.

· Participated in PBA planning committees.

· Participated in planning for building renovation.

· Participated in textbook adoption committees.

· Interview committee member for hiring assistant principal and athletic director.
