Board members present: Elaine Gaul, Kathy McTigue, Nancy Boatner, Kathy Thompson, Kris Stratten, Chad Huck, Dave Withered, Scott Bless and M'Lissa Baye
Others present: Patti Grant, Cindy Sparks, Rachel Robertson, Kim Wells and Barry Ballman
The meeting was called to order at 6
SECRETARY’S REPORT
Changes to the Minutes included adding Cindy Sparks to the attendance of the previous meeting and correcting an error that the team pictures were not yet on the website but were viewed at the meeting as they would appear ont he website.
Nancy Boatner motioned to approve the minutes and Chad Huck seconded. The motion passed.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Kris reported that the Booster Club had nearly $35,000 in cash but still owed coaches $8,000 that they haven't yet requested and $4,000 is a donation for equipment. Leaving $23,000 so there is $3,000 so far for the soccer field's lights.
M'Lissa Baye motioned to approve the Treasurer's report and Chad Huck seconded. The motion passed.
ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
Scott Bless thanked everyone for their patience in the concession stand during the transition and expressed that the gym is no a much safer playing environment for the athletes. Signage is in the works for the concession stand, and home and guest seating. He also stated that they (he & Jenn) have received a lot of positive feedback for the gym painting. Chad Huck is building shadow boxes to display all-star jerseys and new banners will be hung from the rafters. A new American flag has also been ordered. Scott and Jenn were thanked for taking the initiative to improve the gym.
NEW BUSINESS
Exhaust fan costing $500 for heat build-up in the concession was tabled.
Ralph Dunbar was identified as the Spring concessions coordinator.
Idea of a Spring-Fling Fundraiser was introduced by Cindy DiPrimio. It would be a dinner with awards and a way to recognize athletes and thank coaches. Team reps would need to help with the event.

Membership planning for the 2nd annual Booster Club membership drive was tabled.
Patti Grant motioned to adjourn it was seconded by Nancy Boatner. The motion passed. Meeting adjourned @ 7:38 p.m.
