I blew off college, my music, & moved to Vermont. Married in 1981, my wonderful wife Marty & I have raised 2 great kids, one a Harvard grad makes his life in Seattle in the Telemark ski industry, our daughter is about to graduate from the Berklee College of Music. I own an energy services company & teach, design, & promote sustainable home building.

I continue to teach seventh grade language arts at Angola Middle School. This is my thirtieth year. My husband and I celebrate thirty two years of marriage in 2008. My eldest son is married, and I now have two adorable grandchildren. Two years ago I was able to spend six weeks in Greece, after earning a Lilly Teacher Creativity Grant. It has been one of the highlights of my life. I went by myself, visited nine islands as well as much of the mainland and Athens. Prior to my trip, I was able to get in touch with my high school Greek Mythology teacher, Allison (Fletcher) Middleton, whom I had named as one of my greatest influences in my grant proposal. How fun it was to talk to her again, after so very many years. I enjoy good health, stimulating work (because seventh graders are NEVER boring), a strong marriage, and a growing family which brings me great joy. I am truly blessed. My best to you all - my classmates.

I graduated IU in 1978 with a BS in Ed (2 majors, 5 minors). Somehow I became a Field Service Engineer almost 30 years ago, now I travel the world working mostly on Military Shipboard Inertial Navigation Systems. Been married over 20 years. One adult daughter.

I joined the Navy in 1978, and was stationed in North Carolina and Argentia, Newfoundland, Canada. After 4 yrs of service I got out and went to Nursing School, but ended up working at Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center for the Army. I have been there 26 yrs.

My wonderful husband, Tom (UHS, 1972) and I will be celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary on August 18th of this year. Not bad for a marriage that was predicted to not last more than a few months! We have 3 terrific daughters, Beth (North, 1994) who is married to Brian Underwood (South, 1989); Jennifer (North, 1998) and Ashley (North, 2004). We have one beautiful granddaughter, Avery. We are currently busy planning Ashley's June 21st wedding. I look forward to seeing all of you at the reunion.

My husband, daughters and I moved back to "Wombington" (I was told everyone eventually returns to the womb of Bloomington) after over 20 years overseas and now call the eastside of Bloomington home once again. After graduating from IU, our younger daughter married and moved on to Washington D.C., the older will always be with us at home! My husband is retired from the Federal Government and working out of our basement, I am completing my 5th year as a Special Education teacher at Edgewood Intermediate School. My 'at-home' daughter is an aide at the YMCA preschool and heavily involved in Martial Arts. We are all very busy and happy!

I'm not lost, I know where I am! I've worked for United States Postal Service for 23 years, and I am a Postmaster with my own Post Office. After I graduated, I moved to Yuma, AZ for a few years, came back to Bloomington and worked at Cooks for 10 years (hated that place).

After two years practicing to be a best selling author (I've written two historical regency romances, and started on a memoir, and no, I'm not published yet, I'm still in the editing phase), I've started back toward employment by beginning my training as a life coach! That means I get to be my own boss and help people figure out how to live their life to achieve their dreams, a dream job if there is one!
