Pre-Algebra

Hello, Pre-Algebra students!

For class, you will need a 2 pocket folder with prongs, a couple of packages of loose leaf paper, lots of pencils, and a couple of broad tip dry erase markers. I also recommend that you get a four-function calculator. (You can purchase one of these for as little as $1. They will allow you to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.)

We will be using the McDougal Littell Pre-Algebra text this year. The topics that we will be covering the first six weeks include variables, algebraic expressions, order of operations, integers, the coordinate plane, and equations.
