Martin couldn't play with some of his friends because he was black.

He wanted to have freedom.

Martin Luther didn't have nice conditions in school, his home and he didn't have nice toys.

King wrote speeches and protested against blacks being treated unfairly.

He never lost hope of being free.

He led black people on strike until they got better pay.

He wrote the "I have a dream" speech in 1963.

He died in 1969 in Memphis by a white man who didn't like Martin and his speeches.

Q. What advice would you give president Barak Obama?   A. I would tell him to not start wars, make peace and let freedom ring.
Q.  Would you be happy to see the first black President?  A.  Yes, because of all the violence I saw against black people.
Q. if you could do anything what would it be? A. make peace in the world and stop slavery. 
Q.  why did you not just let
them keep going with slavery? A.
