Martin Luther King Jr. was the peace maker of the century he fought for the rights of the African American people.  He was born in Alabama in 1929 and died in 1968. He had a good childhood.  He had a white friend but the boys father refused him to see him again because he was black. As he grew older Martin Luther King Jr. went to a minister college and graduated with god on his side. Then when the problems got out of hand for the African Americans Dr. Martin  Luther King Jr. walked with thousands of African Americans on the civil rights movement and preached to millions of white men that we are all equal . He walked for many years and in 1967 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. spoke his I have a dream speech but when he was preaching for the same reasons in Tennessee in 1968 he was  shot in the head by a white man. He was buried in Alabama and had a memorial service at a local church  in Alabama and his wishes came true. His son Martin Luther King the third became a minister as well and  the civil rights of African Americans law was passed in 1969. And that is why all people in America are free and everyone has their civilian rights and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr will  be remembered by his beliefs.

Why do we celebrate Martin Luther King day?

What advice would Dr. Martin Luther King Jr give to president Barrack Obama if he was still alive today? He would say try everything to negotiate peace and there should be no more fighting just love and peace.
