However, the page can be constructed in Office/Word 97 and "Save-ed As HTML".
Try designing a similar page in Word 97.
Use Font and Color changes. Make use of "Tables" to structure your layout. Under "borders," you can "hide" the table lines.
"Insert" Clip Art or scanned images/photos into the page.
Use "File" / "Open" in your Netscape/Explorer browser and locate the file you saved. You can view it as a Web Page.
