Thank-a-Teacher ProgramSay thanks to school teachers, coaches, cafeteria workers, and other staff with the Thank-a-Teacher Program. For a minimum contribution of $10 to the Foundation of Monroe County Community Schools, an attractive gift card with your personal message will be sent to the designated person. Your gift will have special meaning to the recipient and your monetary contribution will help the Foundation enhance education in our schools. The Foundation's many programs include grants to teachers, Bradford Woods camperships, vision screening for elementary students, and student achievement awards. Money raised by the Foundation DOES make a difference to children! So, thank all the school personnel who've made a difference to children you love. Thank-a-Teacher forms are available in school offices, or call the Foundation office at 330-7700. The Foundation of MCCS's Thank-a-Teacher program allows parents and community members to honor any teacher and/or staff person who works in the MCCSC. Contributions are made to the Foundation of MCCS in honor of a teacher. The honored staff person is notified with a thank you card which includes a personal message from the donor.
