Work-Study Program
Mission Statement: Students will learn a non- threatening caring environment committed to developing academic, like and leadership skills, empowering them to become responsible adults with self-fulfilling lives and economic independence .

Job training provided by the job coach when needed

Three levels of work-study:
1. In-School Jobs:
Students learning job skills in the school setting
2. Work Experience
Students have jobs in the community and learn work skills without pay
3. Paid Employments:
Students have jobs in the community and receive a paycheck
Follow up and transition:
Follow up services are provided indefinitely
Students performances is evaluated
Maintaining high expectations of employees is the standard
Support is provided when I student graduates a adult services
