This web site was designed as a resource tool for students and parents. Classroom policies (including late paper policy) and grades will be posted on this site. Hopefully this will help provide another way for students to monitor their progress. However, EFFECTIVE learning occurs when there is active in-class involvement, student accountability, and direct dialogue between student and teacher. As juniors in high school, students need to start practicing self-advocacy skills that are, in fact, essential life skills. For this reason, we ask that if there are any questions, the student should contact the teacher directly. It is essential that students take responsibility for their own education and learn to manage their work, their time, and their communication with their teachers.
