Performing Policy

Any scheduled performances are a required part of the grades earned in all choirs with the exception of excused absences.

Excused absences include family emergencies and illness. Rides can be arranged if we know in advance of problems for any student.

Should there be an extenuating circumstance that a student cannot make a performance, the student should inform director ahead of time, go to special projects web page after negotiating an appropriate project including a pre-agreed completion time.
