Class rules

In this class, we will treat each other with respect and kindness. Behaviors or language which are hurtful to anyone in the group or which are disruptive to anyone's learning will not be tolerated.

All BHSN policies apply in this class (review the student planner).

In specific, in class you may NOT HAVE:

• food or candy
• drinks other than water in a clear container
• CD or tape players, ear phones or radios
• Backpacks, cell phones, pagers, etc.

Tardiness

You will be in your seat before the final bell ends. If you do not manage that, you will be marked tardy and assigned after school detention. During the first two weeks, you may be allowed one "free" tardy of no more than 10 minutes. After that, you will be given a detention. Students who are more than 10 minutes late must get a re-admit from the attendance office. Review your planner for the consequences of being tardy, whether under or over 10 minutes.
