Test and Quiz Corrections Procedures
On assessments where corrections are accepted, you should follow the steps provided below precisely as they are stated. If any of the steps listed below are skipped or not followed, your corrections will not be accepted and you will keep your original score.
On a seperate sheet of paper, write the question number that was marked incorrect and then write the correct answer. (There is no need to rewrite the question. Just provide the new, correct answer.) Additionally, include the page number in the textbook where the correct answer is found. Do this for any questions that you originally had marked as incorrect.
Staple your corrections to the original test or quiz.
Turn in your corrections and the original test or quiz to the appropriate class tray by the 2:30 on the due date listed below.
If you are absent the day that corrections are due, they must be turned in the day that you return to school. If, on the due date, you are at school for part of the day and then go home absent, your corrections are still due by the original due date.
