Earth Space Science - 2007-2008 Syllabus with Homework Packet Assignments

Please read carefully!  The following Homework Packets will be due on test days for completion credit.  Tests may be given for chapters or units, depending on the subject matter.  Specific due dates will be given throughout the school year and assignments are subject to change.  These assignments are textbook based and include:  bellwork (in class), reading (R), reading strategies(RS), vocabulary (V) and section review worksheets (wksht).  State standards (ES 1.1 etc.) are included per chapter.   Students are required to correct work in class during review.  Vocabulary must be turned in as a foldable, a practice vocabulary quiz will usually be given the day before the test.
